Materials Outreach Corporation at UC Davis's mission is to bring more awareness about the field of Materials Science and Engineering, specifically with regards to the program that is offered on the UC Davis campus, through outreach activities and events.
We strive to make a difference and impact on our community by teaching and understanding materials science. Through networking with faculty, industry professionals, and other students, additional outreach events, and focus meetings we aim to foster an understanding of the Materials Science and Engineering field to get others who are unfamiliar with it excited and passionate about it.
Not only will club members learn technical skills, but also tools necessary to be successful in other areas of growth (such as presentation and marketing).
We are open to all majors interested in learning more about the Materials Science and Engineering Field!
